Secured projects at Birmingham and Stansted Airports are just more testimony to the benefits of Atlantic’s commitment to deliver the right product on time. A total of 1000 m3 was attenuated in four tanks on these projects, using 1200mm, 1800mm and 2200mm dia tanks in multi-legged layouts, with manifolds, access manholes and integral flow controls. Many of the projects we supply are originally designed around plastic cellular systems or pre-cast concrete pipes/tanks. On most occasions Atlantic can “value engineer” the design by eliminating drain runs and manholes, by running drain connections into the tank at any location and factory fitting integral manholes, saving the cost of external PCC manholes.
