Atlantic CSP

Atlantic has just supplied its eighth attenuation tank system to Fitzpatrick Contractors Ltd at Dobbs Weir Development in Hoddesdon Herts. A series of warehousing and manufacturing facilities have been constructed on a low lying, reclaimed site between the main Cambridge to Liverpool St Railway and the river Lea, which you would expect to be rather wet and a bit of a design challenge for the Consultants Terry Collier Assocs.

None the less Atlantic rose to the challenge and produce a wide range of diameter tanks to suit the varying levels and groundwater conditions. The tanks were discharged by means of pumps and flow control units. This project is just one of the many, successfully completed with Fitzpatrick Contractors Ltd; others include, Optima Park – Crayford, (where Zero discharge meant that attenuation / soakaway tanks were the only choice), I O Centre- Coventry, Cullina – Haverhill, New Hythe-Maidstone and Felixstowe Docks with Fitzpatrick Civils Division.
